Like all of New Zealand, InZone’s operations have shut down and our teams are all safely at home so that we play our role in limiting the spread of COVID-19. We continue to operate and support all our various customers throughout this challenging period.

Smart Energy Solutions
  • Our Call Centre and Advisors are still taking calls to provide advice and information to homeowners looking to improve the health, warmth and energy efficiency of their homes.
  • During the COVID-19 Level 4 shutdown we will not be visiting properties.
  • Our teams are being supported through the shutdown period including people who are unable to work from home or have limited work they can complete.
Mammoth Insulation
  • Our manufacturing teams are being supported through the shutdown period.
  • As soon as either Milton and/or South Auckland are lifted out of Alert level 4 (and subject to government guidelines) we will immediately start manufacturing again.
  • We have built up some stocks of finished insulation products so all our wholesale customers can recommence business easily.
  • Our Customer Service and Business Development team members are working from home and are supporting architects, wholesale and commercial customers needs.

This crisis is highlighting the need for warm, healthy homes and as a business we are committed to supporting kiwi homeowners, landlords and businesses to achieve just that. We are confident of returning to increased demand once the shutdown is lifted as home health becomes a priority.

Please everyone stay safe, self-isolate and keep healthy as we unite against COVID-19.

I am glad that everything went back to business again. The pandemic has been a hard time for us all. Thank God that we managed to normalize again, sooner than we expect to be. We hope that second wave will not hit, that's why we must still obey health protocols to prevent future threat.
